DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
kikkokidswear.in is a sole proprietorship based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The Site allows you to browse, select and purchase online kids clothing including ethnic, casual, and fusion wear for newborns up to 12 years (“Goods” or “Products” or “Services”).

GENERAL
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the Site by the User. By using this Site, the User agrees to comply with all of the Terms hereof. The right to use the Site is personal to the User and is not transferable to any other person or entity. The User shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their password(s), if any. The User acknowledges that, although the internet is often a secure environment, sometimes there are interruptions in service or events that are beyond the control of the Company, and the Company shall not be responsible for any data lost while transmitting information on the internet. While it is the Company’s objective to make the Site accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, the Site may be unavailable from time to time for any reason including, without limitation, routine maintenance. You understand and acknowledge that due to circumstances both within and outside of the control of the Company, access to the Site may be interrupted, suspended or terminated from time to time. The Company shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site.

ACCOUNT
In consideration of your use of the Site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India. You also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself. If you provide any information that is untrue or incomplete, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate your account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and password.

LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
The Company grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Site. Unauthorized use will terminate the permission granted.

RESALE
The User undertakes that all goods ordered are for private and domestic use only and are not for resale.

REGISTRATION
The User must keep their username and password secure and must not share them with others. The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts in case of misuse or fraudulent activity.

BREACH OF THE AGREEMENT
The User agrees that on breach of these conditions, they will be responsible for any costs incurred by the Company.

ORDERING
When placing an order, the User agrees that all information provided is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to product availability.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order. Orders once placed by the User cannot be cancelled.

DELIVERY
The Company will approximately take 5-7 days for doorstep delivery within India. Delivery may be delayed due to external factors beyond our control.

PAYMENT
The Site accepts UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Returns are not accepted.
Exchange is allowed only for size issues within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and with original tags.
Refunds (if applicable for damaged items) will be processed within 7 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping is available. Delivery timelines may vary based on location.
Shipping charges depend on country and courier.
No returns or refunds are applicable for international orders.

The size chart is indicative and may not guarantee exact fit.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India and subject to jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
